My role is to ensure Martin Audio reaches its significant potential by creating a vibrant, challenging and fun place to work, driving the team to enhance customer relationships and improving the sonic experience for audiences worldwide. My style is to engage with as many people as people and to empower the team to deliver.

What has been confirmed since joining is that the experiences Martin Audio products deliver to audiences is the result of the dedication of a passionate team across the business.

Quite a number of good moments, and having my design installed at the Centre Court at Wimbledon was a pretty good one. However, standing in a car park at the Mediatach show in South Africa and watching the audience being absolutely stunned by the sheer power and fidelity we could get out of two hangs of 8 W8LM has got to be up there.
